XA stands for Xoticy & Msbjammin' Audiences. We address our xoticy.com Visitors & Participants as XA. Why? because XA are on an Xtremely Higher Frequencies & is able to comprehend & accept the Truth... Imbrace & Respect Goddess Msbjammin' Natural Talent. 

• Who's Empty of Lust & who are of the age of 25 years & wiser. 
• xoticy.com visitors & Xoticy Service Participants must follow,  Xoticy Participant Guidelines, Terms, Conditions, Policies, Waiver & Agreements, because they all apply. 
• XA, must be the born & living gender, on how The Universe has already created a person to be. without dressing as the opposite gender... No Xceptions. 
• XA, must be of the requirements of the Xoticy® Services Xpeditions, Events, Performances & Etc. 
• XA, must be able to hold their own weight & apply the given directions & apply the given corrections respectfully... from Xoticy® Services Host & Instructor Msbjammin'

• XA, must be able to use their own brains to think for themselves & make their own choices to be Righteousness. Anyone who is other than Truthfulness is Not Allowed to Participant & or be a guest in/at Xoticy & or Msbjammin' Events . No Xceptions. 
• Bystanders are not allowed in & or around the Xoticy & or Msbjammin' Services No Xceptions.
• Material that is Taught, Shown, Read & or Provided from Xoticy & Msbjammin' is for Personal Use Only.

Participating in Msbjammin Services

You Must Gain that You are participating in Msbjammin' Services to be Taught, Goddess Msbjammin' Sequences from... Msbjammin' Services Instructor, Msbjammin' for Your Personal Growth & For Personal Use Only. 

Personal Use Only means 

• You are NOT allowed to Remix, Perform, Show, Profit from, Get Hire for, take credit for & or Teach what is shown from & Belongs to Goddess Msbjammin'... from What you were taught & or Seen from Msbjammin'/Xoticy, those actions are Strictly Prohibited. 
• Msbjammin'/Xoticy Artistry videos & Live Performances are for the purpose to be watched by XA... who Imbraces Goddess Msbjammin' Artistry without Lusting... & Respects Goddess Msbjammin' & All The Xoticy Brand has going on, for The Xoticy Brand Viewers & Participants Personal Use Only.  

Online Xoticy® Account 

In-order to purchase admission into Xoticy® Services, the interested participant must create their own Xoticy® account with the software that Xoticy® uses within xoticy.com 

• The personal knowledge the interested Xoticy participant provides to Xoticy, is for Xoticy's Knowledge & for Xoticy® use only... and will not be sold to anyone/any business for any reason from Xoticy & or from Goddess Msbjammin'. 

Purchasing Msbjammin' Service Intry Admission 

for the desired Msbjammin' (Services, Events, Performances, Auditions & etc.) is available Only on & within xoticy.com 

• Once the Msbjammin' Service Xpediiton Intry Admission purchased transaction is completed, Refunds & or Transferable Credits are NOT available. Msbjammin' Service Purchases Are Final. No Xceptions.
• All required fields for the received Knowledge provided on the Msbjammin' Service Purchase form, must match the Identification of the interested participant in order to check-in. 
• The interested Msbjammin' Service Participants, Must purchase the Msbjammin' Service Intry Admission before the last day to make a purchase for that Msbjammin' Service.

All required fields on the Xoticy® Forms, must match the Identification Card of the Participant. So, because we live in the physical realm, and need to be identified of who we are, The Universe provided us with State Identification Cards / Drivers license. So, because of that, if you have a State Identification Active Card or a driver license, One of those active & Authentic cards are required for Msbjammin' Services Check in Process.

• Msbjammin' Service Admission expires at the start of the Purchased Msbjammin' Service, Xpedition(s), Event(s), Performance(s) & Etc. ​
• Participant Account knowledge must matches their State identification card.
• Msbjammin' Service Intry Admission is Per Participant/Per Location... Meaning the Msbjammin' Service Intry Admission is a one-time use Only. 
• Once the Schedule Msbjammin' Service Xpedition Starts, The Msbjammin' Service Intry Admission Ticket, Expires. No Xceptions.

Msbjammin' Service / Msbjammin' Performers Audition - Pre Sign-Up 

The interested participant must Print & Complete the Pre Sign-Up Form, that is located here on xoticy.com. The Pre Sign- Up Form is required to be bought, to the Scheduled Msbjammin' Service Xpedition(s) / Audition... of the knowledge on the interested participant, purchased Msbjammin' Service Xpedition  / Audition, Intry Ticket. 

• The interested participant MUST complete their own Sign-Up Form and provide True knowledge, of their own & bring to The Xoticy Brand, in person Check-in

Msbjammin' Services Admission 

Because The Xoticy Brand is so Random, Goddess Msbjammin' decided to add more randomness to The Xoticy Brand Xpedition Intry Admission Prices, that Randomly changes to higher prices, Because The Xoticy Brand is always Growing into Higher Frequencies.. so, The Msbjammin' Service Intry Admission Prices Randomly goes Higher as well. So, make sure You grab an Msbjammin' Service Admission for the intry to jam in The Msbjammin' Service Xpeditions, So you can Jam in Msbjammin' Dance Genres Kind of ways, Taught by Goddess Msbjammin', for the first time & or Again for Personal Use Only at the admission price of where it is right now. The Xoticy Refresh Tour, is Sliding to a Floor near you & The Xoticy Tour Card is what you Need for intry, So purchase you one.

• The Msbjammin' Service Xpedition Admissions, are for the intry... for the interested Participant to Participate, in the scheduled Msbjammin' Service Xpeditions.
• All Transactions for Msbjammin' Services, Must be completed on xoticy.com Before the given End Date per each schedule Msbjammin' Service Xpedition date. No Xceptions. 
• Each Msbjammin' Service Admission Intry Purchase, is for one participant intry into the Xpedition listed on the completed transaction receipt, Xpeditions.

Arrival 

• We recommend that you Do Not wear the Msbjammin' Services Xpedition required Attire as arrival wear. 
• We ask that you arrival at least 20 minutes before the time of check-in, for Parking Purposes, to either change your clothing & or remove your top layer of clothing, if you wear the Msbjammin' Service attire under your arrival attire. Goddess Msbjammin' ask that you bring a small/ Dance bag ... that fits the Xoticy Service Xpedition Needs, that is comfortable with possibly, being placed on the floor. 

Once the interested participant arrives during the required time, The Interested participant is to approach the Msbjammin' Event Receptionist to receive an Msbjammin' Service Arrival Form. Once the interested participant completes the Msbjammin' Service Arrival Form, The Interested participant must gather their Driver Licenses or State Identification Card, the completed Xoticy Pre Sign-Up Form, completed Msbjammin' Service Arrival Form & their Msbjammin' Service Xpedition Intry Admission Ticket Receipt, Ready to provide to the Xoticy Event Receptionist to complete the Msbjammin' Service Check-In Process.

• The purchaser will not inter into Msbjammin' Service Xpedition(s), will not receive a refund or a transferable credit if arrives late, No Show & or doesn't have all required requirements. No Xceptions.

Late Comers 

• Once the doors are closed & the Start time of the Xpedition has arrived... Late Comers will NOT inter into the Msbjammin' Service Xpedition. That also goes for anyone changing of clothing.
• Contacting us on the day of the scheduled Service/Audition is Not acceptable & is Not available.

Completed Msbjammin' Services Xpeditions

After each Msbjammin' Service Xpedition is completed, the participant must leave the Msbjammin' Service Xpedition area. 

• Unless given other directions by an Xoticy® Event Receptionist. ​​
• If the participant is scheduled to attend the following Msbjammin' Service Xpedition, then the participant Must also check-in, to intry into their next purchased Msbjammin' Service Xpedition, with their Electronic Msbjammin' Admission Confirmation, unless allowed to check-in all purchased Xpedition in one moment.

Completed Msbjammin' Performance Audition Process

• After each Audition Course is completed, if the Auditioner, did not get selected to the continue onto the next course, then the Auditioner must leave the Audition location as soon as they have been released in a peaceful Matter. 
• If the Auditioner is asked to Continue onto the next course, Then the Audition must check-in into the next course & take their break & return to continue the next course. 

Msbjammin'® Services Terms

Msbjammin' Chillin' Lounge 

Once the participant completes their first Msbjammin' Service Xpedition. The Participant who completed the Msbjammin' Service Xpedition will receive a login, into The Chillin' Lounge Online. 

• The Chillin' Lodge Online is designed for Participants who are active Only. No Xceptions.

Silver Xoticy Card

 The Silver Xoticy Card is for participants who have completed 8 Xoticy Service Xpeditions, within a set of 13 Months/ 1 year. The Silver Xoticy Card... provides the Active Xoticy Silver Card Holder Exclusive Access. More details of what Xclusive Access, are given once the participant of Xoticy Services become a Silver Xoticy Card Holder.  

• Interested Participants of Xoticy Services, who want to remain as a Silver Xoticy Card Holder... the participant Must complete 8 Xoticy Service Xpeditions, within a set of 13 months each year.  If the participant of Xoticy Services... does not complete the required 8 Xoticy Service Xpeditions as required, then the participant, will no longer be an active Xoticy Silver Card Holder, until the participant completes, a new set of 8 Xoticy Service Xpeditions within a set of 13 months per year. 
• The participant of Xoticy Services Xpeditions, will receive 1 count after each completed Xoticy Service Xpedition's starting from 11.15.2024.

Black Xoticy® Card

 The Black Xoticy Card is for participants who have completed the required 18 Xoticy Service Xpeditions within a set of 13 Months, within 1 year. To quality, the participant of Xoticy Services... ust complete their 8 required Xoticy Service Xpeditions,  within one year as a Silver Xoticy Card Holder. The Black Xoticy Card... provides the Active Xoticy Black Card Holder Exclusive Access. More details of what Xclusive Access, are given once the participant of Xoticy Services become a Black Xoticy Card Holder.  

• Interested Participants of Xoticy Services, who want to be a Black Xoticy Card Holder, must complete the Black Xoticy Card Journey Form. Once the required form is completed, the participant completed Xpedition's count will began. 
• The participant of the Xoticy Black Card Journey, must complete 18 Xpticy Service Xpedition's within the 13 months, within the received Black Xoticy Card Journey Form. To remain a Black Xoticy Card Holder, the participant of Xoticy Services, must complete 18 Xoticy Service Xpeditions within 13 set of months each year.

Active Participant

• An Active Participant, within Msbjammin' Services... is a person who participants in at least 1 Msbjammin' Service Xpeditions, within each 13 Months. 

Msbjammin'® Gift to You

Once the Participant completes their 1st Msbjammin' Service Xpedition, The New Participant will receive 25%, 30% or 35% off their 2nd Msbjammin' Service Xpedition Intry Admission purchase. 

• Msbjammin' Gift to You is a one- time use only... for the Participant, who completes their 1st Msbjammin' Service Xpedition. Why? because Msbjammin' Services is So Good that We already know that you'll be back. So... We've provided you with a Gift, for continuing to gain Newer Levels of Your Greatness in Xoticy Dance Genres, Stylized Kind of Ways. 
• After each Msbjammin' Service Xpedition is completed, Participants will receive a flyer of a reminder to receive their 25%, 30% or 35% off Coupon Code. If the participant has already received the given Flyer, We ask that The Participant reframe from taking another flyer, of the same flyer.

Transferring Msbjammin'® Service Admission

If an interested participant purchases, an Msbjammin' Service Intry Admission and cannot make the scheduled Msbjammin' Service... and want to transfer their Msbjammin' purchased intry admission Ticket to another interested Participant who matches our requirements... The purchaser, who purchased the Msbjammin' Service Intry Admission, must request a Msbjammin' Service Participant Transfer Request Form by emailing us at sign-up@xoticy.com Subject Line: Request Participant Transfer Request Form, before the 18th day of the scheduled Msbjammin' Service Xpedition(s). 

• Once the request form is completed, the Purchaser & the account that the Intry Admission is to be transfer to will be notified. 
• Xoticy Online Business Hours of Operations are Day 2, Day 3, Day 4, Day 5 & Day 6 from 8:00am - 4:00pm.

2017 Cancelled Xoticy® Service Account Credits

Xoticy® Account Credits for the 2017 Cancellation Xoticy® Tour Xperience.... are ONLY given to the interested participants, who've purchased an Xoticy® intry admission, who experience a canceled Xoticy® Service in the months of January 2017 - July 2017, due to unforeseen circumstances, who are listed on the Xoticy® Xperience 2017 cancellation list. Who have Not emailed us, Wrote a 1 star review... expressing their self-hate & or who have not made false claims, false reports about Msbjammin' & or Xoticy to any platforms, business, companies, brands, corporations, persons & or Banks.  

• Xoticy® 2017 Service Canceled Account Credits do not Xpire before use.  
• Due to the Xoticy® Services intry admission amount being a different admission amount from the year of 2017 & previously... Xoticy® 2017 Service Canceled Account Credit has been readvised to match the Xoticy® Service Xpedition intry admission price for 2023 & Moving Forward. 
• The Xoticy® 2017 Service Canceled Account Credit can be redeemed as a onetime use.
• Xoticy® & Msbjammin' Services has always had a No Refund policy. However, Msbjammin' wasn't satisfied that interested Participants wasn't going to have their life changing Xoticy Service Xperiences with Msbjammin'... and Msbjammin' Wanted to provide the interested participants who made a purchase a refund anyway. However, due to the soulless people, who have robbed/Stolen from Msbjammin' & from Xoticy® funds... Prevented Msbjammin' & Xoticy® from being able to give any refunds. That caused Msbjammin' &  Xoticy® to remain with the Xoticy® & Msbjammin' Services No Refund policy that's been in place since 2001.

Canceled Xoticy® Services

If an Xoticy® Services Cancels... An Xoticy® Account credit will be given in the amount of the purchased Admission to the active Xoticy® Account.

• The Xoticy® e-Gift Cards / Xoticy® Gift Cards can Not be used to purchase Xoticy & or Msbjammin' e-Gift Cards/Gift Cards.

Scouting, Solicitation, Promoting outside of the Xoticy® & Msbjammin' Brands, during and around any Xoticy® / Msbjammin' Services, Events, Service locations & Etc. is Strictly Prohibited.

Donations/Tips/Gifts

For those who like to provide Goddess Msbjammin' Tips after Their Xoticy Service Xpedition is completed & or just because, Those who like to Sow into Goddess Msbjammin' are able to do so via Cash App $Monbjammin

• Donations/Tips/Gifts cannot be reimbursed & are used for Xoticy & Msbjammin' Purposes. 
• Physical Gifts to Goddess Msbjammin' Must be approved 1st. Email info@xoticy.com for more details on providing Goddess Msbjammin' physical Gifts. 

Personal Items

Participants are responsible for themselves and all of their personal items. Personal Items must be placed in a closed bag / purse / during any Xoticy® Services (Items must be placed, where instructions are given). 

• The Participant is the only soul, who can touch their own belongings. 
• Xoticy®, Msbjammin'...., Rented locations, including Xoticy® Staff & locations are Not...  responsible for Any Cost of injuries & for any items.

Conversations During Msbjammin'® Services 

All personal conversations with any soul during Msbjammin' Service Xpeditions Must be placed at a volume of zero, for the respect of the Goddess Msbjammin' & participants... so that the Participants, can Gain, Grow & Jam.

• Participants must respect one another and keep themselves from letting out none-related sounds. Gassing Up/ blowing up anyone's head/Fake supporting & unnecessary scramming... is NOT allowed within & or around Xoticy Services. Having fun by feeling genuine Joy from within... to where you're showing Xcitement for oneself is allowed. Gassing up/blowing someone's head/fake support & showing Xcitement of Joy... are 2 very different actions, that can't be manipulated into trying to being the same. 
• Xoticy® Services purpose is all about the Growth of the Participants, so the focus is on you from You.
• Questions about Goddess Msbjammin' Taught Sequences, are to be asked during The Xoticy Service Xpeditions Only. 
• Just be your natural & authentic self

Msbjammin' Service/Audition Attire

Msbjammin'® Service Xpeditions/Audition Footwear & Attire must be of the requirements of the purchased Msbjammin'® Service Xpeditions/Msbjammin' Performers Audition. 

• Footwear must be Non-Platform & Supportive if the ankles
• Lose jewelry, Watches, Lose/swinging Hair Accessories, & other items as such.... must be removed before the start of the Xoticy® Service/Audition. For the safety & protection for the Xoticy® Service/Audition Participants. 
• Eye wear such as proscription glasses, must be secured from falling off the face. Keep in mind that 1... of Msbjammin' Signatures techniques is of Msbjammin' hair whips & head swings. So, protect those Proscription glasses. 
• Logos Outside of Xoticy® & oXoticy Service Xpedition / Audition Attire

Xoticy® Service Xpeditions / Audition Footwear & Clothing Attire must be of the requirements of the purchased Intry Admission Xoticy® Service Xpeditions / Msbjammin' Performers Audition. 

• Footwear must be Non-Platform, Non-Peep Toe & Supportive at the ankles
• Lose jewelry, Watches, Lose/swinging Hair Accessories, & other items as such.... must be removed before the start of the Xoticy® Service  Xpeditions / Audition. For the safety & protection for the Xoticy® Service Xpedition / Audition Participants. 
• Eye wear such as proscription glasses, must be secured from falling off the face. Keep in mind that 1... of Msbjammin' Signatures techniques is of Msbjammin' hair whips & head swings. So, protect those Proscription glasses. 
• Logos Outside of Xoticy® & of Msbjammin' can Not be shown during any Xoticy®/Msbjammin' Events & or Services. 
• Keep In Mind, No Nudity. Meaning No nipples showing, No physical holes other than your mouth, nose & ears on your face. Moveable clothing that will showcase nudity are Not to be worn.

•   Supportive, Non-Platform, Non-peep toe, Personal High Heels are a Must.

• No Heels. 
• Flat supportive shoes/boots are a Must

Xoticy® Xpedition  (35 Years & Wiser Only)

• (Ladies) booty cheeks are allowed to showcase (as seen on Msbjammin') Leg protection such as Leggings, Fishnet tights, Knee protection (knee pads are not required but are welcome) Supportive & flexible clothing & Socks are a Must. Shoes are Not allowed.

Xoticy Xpedition (35 years & Wiser Fellas edition in Michigan Only) 

• (Fellas) Covered Fitted Briefs/Shorts/pants are allowed. Leg protection such as dancer flat boots, Knee protection (knee pads are not required but are welcome) Supportive & flexible clothing is a must.

 Lap/Chair Xpedition (35 & Wiser)

• (Ladies) Booty Cheeks are allowed to show (as seen on Msbjammin') Supportive Heels/Flat shoes or just Socks are allowed.
• (Fellas) Covered Fitted Briefs/Shorts/pants are allowed.
• Only Committed/Married/Engaged partners are allowed during Xoticy® Lap/chair Xpedition for couples.

 Stylized Xoticy® Pole Xpedition (35 & Wiser)

• (Ladies) Supportive non-platform heels, Booty cheeks are allowed to show (as seen on Msbjammin")
• (Fellas) Supportive non-platform flat boots, covered shorts/briefs
• No- lingerer.

Lotions should be applied on the body up to five (5) hours prior to the start of the schedule Xoticy® Service Xpeditions/Audition, for the participant safety.

• Hair Oils should be applied up to 4 hours prior to the start of the Xoticy® Service Xpeditions/Audition.

No Smoking of any kind is allowed around and or during any Xoticy® Services & or in locations. 

• All Participants must follow and respect Xoticy® Participant Guidelines, Terms, Conditions, Policies, Waiver & Agreements at all moments. As well as  respect Themselves & others while the focus is on their personal growth. 

Msbjammin'® Services Locations 

Participants with their purchased intry admission ticket, is who's allowed in the Msbjammin' Service Xpedition(s) & locations.  No Bystanders.... No Xceptions. ​

• Participants must participate in the purchased Msbjammin' Services. 
• Bystanders.... Sitting down to watch any Xoticy® Services, is NOT allowed. That means, if a Msbjammin' Service Intry Admission is purchased, the participant must participant in the Schedule Service. If the participant stops participating in the Msbjammin' Service, then the participate must remove themselves peacefully out of the Msbjammin' Service & a refund & or transferable credit will Not be given... No Xceptions.  
• The Msbjammin' Service Intry Admission, Purchase... are for intry into the Msbjammin' Service Xpedition Only & Participants are to Participant & hold themselves accountable.

Outside Food & Drinks 

If there is food and drinks allowed in the Msbjammin' Service Location...

• loud smelling odor foods are Not allowed. 
• Outside Food should be for 1 person & must be placed in a personal spill-proof container.  
• Hydrated Drinks/Water must be in a spill-proof water bottle with a spill-proof lid.  
• No glass containers & or glass bottles from outside is allowed. 
• Participants and or bystanders are Not allowed to bring Alcohol & or Alcohol Drinks in and or around the Xoticy® Service Locations. No Xceptions.
• The Xoticy® Daily Bread Card maybe available for purchase during the Xoticy® Services, so those who don't want to carry food around, don't have to. The Xoticy® Daily Bread Card is for the purpose to eat the provided foods between Xoticy® Services. The Xoticy Daily Bread Card is sold separately & is not available for all Locations. 
• The Auditioner who's participating in the Msbjammin' Performers Audition must bring a packed lunch to last 12 hours.

Drug, Alcohol/ Spirit Use

Xoticy® Service Participants must be sober... to participant in any Xoticy® Services. 

• Natural Herbs, Are Not considered as Drugs & Does Not Apply to Drug Use.
• No Strong-Smelling body scents 

Electronics

Msbjammin'® Service Participants Electronics usage is Not allowed for usage during Msbjammin'® Services. 

• Msbjammin'® Service Participants are Not allowed to record of any kind, during Msbjammin'®  Services, Auditions, Performances, Events & or etc. No Xceptions.
• When Posting about & of The Xoticy Brand, Xoticy & or Goddess Msbjammin' we ask that you #xoticy & or #msbjammin
• Participants are able to record themselves outside of the Xoticy Service Xpeditions & is not to record anyone without their permission. 

Interviewing 

• Interviewing Goddess Msbjammin' can Only be approved by Xoticy® by requesting an Interviewing Request by emailing us on info@xoticy.com
• Xoticy® Services related questions, is what's allowed to be asked when Msbjammin' ask if anyone have any questions from Goddess Msbjammin' & or Xoticy Event Receptionist. 
• No Personal/business/brand questions are allowed to ask Msbjammin' & or Xoticy® Event Receptionist during, before, and or after any Xoticy® Services, Events, Performances & or Etc.  
• If the Participant wants to share their Msbjammin' Service Xperience with XA by us posting their XOmonial on xoticy.com, Then the Xoticy Event Receptionist will either provide the Participant with a few questions, if the participant will like to be asked questions or the Participant provides us with their own wording to use.

You've posted that video of yourself, to the internet... with giving credit to Msbjammin' from the moment of you posting that video... you have no worries prior to the year 2019. However, due to the many people counterfeiting Msbjammin' &  The Xoticy Brand, & the much disrespect people have shown that they have, has caused us to prohibited anyone from showcasing themselves & from posting themselves showcasing Msbjammin' Sequences. If a participant is being disruptive during any Msbjammin' Services & or Events/Live Performances & or Audition

• The Participant who is being disruptive will be asked to leave & the disruptive participant must leave the Xoticy® Service locations in a peaceful and respectable matter when removing themselves.
• No Refunds, No transferable credits & or Account Credits will be given to anyone who is asked to remove themselves. No Xceptions.​

Xoticy® and or any other affiliated Brands/Businesses & Xoticy Services Locations are Not responsible for any injuries, Cost of injuries, lost damaged and or stolen items. This includes any professional athletes.

Before Participating in any Msbjammin'® Service(s) Waiver

The Interested Xoticy®/Msbjammin' Participant must Stretch their physical bodies before their purchased Xoticy®/Msbjammin' Services.

• The Interested Participant who hasn't did a lot of moving to their physical body in a while. Must start stretching at least 20 days prior to the purchased scheduled Xoticy Service Xpeditions till the day of the Scheduled Xoticy Service. 
• If the interested Participant, consider themselves to being a dancer... then the interested Participant should start stretching 7 days prior to the scheduled Xoticy® Service Xpedition(s)
• Stretching daily is not required, However, stretching will help with the movement of the physical body to prevent injuries, before participating in Jammin' in Xoticy Dance Genres Stylized Kind of ways. 
• We recommend that Participants get their Physical, Mental, Emotional & Spiritual self-connected with themselves, to prepare for the unknown on reaching Newer level of their Greatness in Xoticy Dance Genres Kind of Ways.

Msbjammin® Service Participant Image Usage Waiver

The Participants, who's Participating in any Xoticy®/Msbjammin' Services, Performances, Auditions, Events & Etc. By the Participant, participation gives permission to Xoticy® & Msbjammin' for the right to use the Participants personal image such as Photos & video... & voice recording for Xoticy/Msbjammin' Promotions, Marketing & Xoticy/Msbjammin' Services Usage.

Msbjammin'® Events & Etc. Waiver

Selected Participants are given invitations to Xoticy® Xclusive Events. 

• Depending on the Xoticy® Event, The Active Xoticy® Participant is allowed to invite the required number of guest(s) listed on the Xoticy® Event Invitation. No Xceptions.  
• Selected Participants must follow The Xoticy® Event Requirements attached to the Xoticy® Event Invitation(s). 

Background Sound/Music Heard Usage Waiver

Xoticy®/Msbjammin' does NOT own any rights to any music heard for the background sound during Xoticy/Msbjammin' Services & etc.

• The background Sound /Music is heard for background sound purposes only, during any Xoticy® & or Msbjammin' Services/Events for the reasons of playing the background music.
• The background Sound/Music heard from Xoticy® /Msbjammin' is sold separately & not by sold by Xoticy®/Msbjammin'. However, the details to find the music, will be available for the Participants in the Online Xoticy Liberation Lounge. 
• The background sound/music heard during  Msbjammin' /Xoticy® Services are unpaid Promotion.
• Again, To gain the title and Artists who's apart of the background sound/Music that is heard from the Xoticy® Services, known as background music... You must be an Active Participant to inter into The Liberation Lounge Online... where the knowledge of the background Sound/Music that is Heard, will be available to gain.
